A Job Share is a live vacancy that one member agency has posted so that other verified members can collaborate on filling it. The posting agency describes the role, the client's sector and the split fee terms on offer, and interested partner agencies can respond privately through the platform.
Job Shares can be permanent, contract, temporary, interim or fixed term. Any live vacancy an agency is working on can be shared, provided the posting agency has permission from its client to work with partner agencies on it.
Why it matters
