Qualifying Job Share
A Job Share that meets the platform standard used to award the Contributor badge.
A qualifying Job Share is a live post that (1) names a fee, whether a percentage of salary, a fixed placement fee, or an hourly margin, (2) gives the collaborating agency at least the platform minimum share of that fee, (3) includes an anonymised client descriptor, (4) is published rather than draft or withdrawn, and (5) is not an exact repeat of another live post from the same agency.
Posting a qualifying Job Share is what earns an agency the Contributor badge. It has no effect on Membership price.
Why it matters
Qualifying Job Shares are the platform's way of recognising genuine collaboration, rather than passive listing, with the Contributor badge.
