Assessment Window
The rolling period used to decide whether a Member currently holds Contributor status and shows the Contributor badge.
A qualifying Job Share activates Contributor status for a set recognition window, and each later qualifying Job Share begins a new window from the day it goes live. While the window is active, the agency's profile shows the Contributor badge.
The assessment window is used only to decide whether the Contributor badge is shown. It has no effect on Membership price, which is unchanged by Contributor status.
Why it matters
The window is what turns the recognition into something concrete and current, rather than a one-off or permanent label.
