Partner Recruitment Model Our partner recruitment model offers the same Financial Recruitment service as our direct model. We charge a pre-agreed flat fee. It works in partnership with specialist recruitment firms and RPOs in other disciplines whether its Technology, Legal, HR, Sales, Marketing, Financial Services, Executive or NED. We can offer a finance specialism for your clients when they need it.
